1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Bottletrix website and mobile application (together, "Bottletrix", "the App", or "the Service").

By accessing or using Bottletrix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bottletrix is a commercial mobile application for bartenders that helps manage bottle inventory and estimate remaining liquid through an on-device AI-assisted scanning workflow. Features may differ between Free and Pro plans.

Bottletrix may also provide this website for product information, support, privacy, account deletion instructions, and related materials. This website does not process app subscriptions or payments.

3. Eligibility

Bottletrix is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Logout is not account deletion. Signing out ends your authenticated session but does not delete your account or erase your inventory data. Account deletion is described below and in ourPrivacy Policy.

5. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to use Bottletrix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• misuse Free or Pro limits, entitlements, or subscription verification;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service except where applicable law allows;
• use Bottletrix in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Bottle scanning and estimation limitations

Bottletrix provides an assisted inventory workflow. Liquid-level and related estimates are approximate and may require your review and adjustment before saving.

Estimation uses on-device AI-assisted processing. Images used for estimation are not sent to a separate external AI/ML API for analysis. Synchronized photos may still be stored with your account for inventory and history functionality as described in the Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for verifying inventory results used for operational, commercial, or accounting decisions. Bottletrix does not guarantee absolute measurement accuracy.

7. Free and Pro plans

Bottletrix currently offers Free and Pro plans with the following commercial terms:

Free plan

• maximum 20 active bottles;
• 3 accountant / report exports per month;
• the Free plan may include advertising;
• core inventory and scanning functionality remains available.

Pro plan

• $6.99 per month;
• unlimited active bottles;
• unlimited accountant / report exports;
• no advertising.

When a Pro subscription ends or is no longer active, the account returns to the Free plan and Free plan limits apply.

Plan details may be updated from time to time. Material changes to commercial terms may be reflected in the App, on this website, and/or in updated Terms.

On the Free plan, Bottletrix may show advertising through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob (App Open ads). Pro users should not receive advertising. Advertising display and related processing may depend on consent choices and applicable platform privacy settings, as described in thePrivacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions and payments are handled inside the mobile application and/or the relevant app store—not through website checkout on https://bottletrix.com.

On Android, Bottletrix Pro subscriptions are currently billed through Google Play. App Store / iOS in-app purchase billing may be introduced separately later and is not described here as a currently live billing path.

Paid subscriptions may auto-renew for successive periods unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable store's subscription management settings and policies.

You can manage or cancel an active Google Play subscription through your Google Play account subscription settings (or other tools provided by Google Play). Cancellation generally stops renewal at the end of the then-current billing period; access to Pro features may continue until that period ends, subject to store and App behavior.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable app store's policies and processes. Bottletrix does not process card payments on this website.

9. Account deletion

You may delete your Bottletrix account through the in-app account deletion flow where available, or request deletion using the instructions onhttps://bottletrix.com/delete-account/.

Successful account deletion is designed to remove your Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud and owner-scoped local application data as described in thePrivacy Policy. Certain local identifiers or device preferences may remain on the device after deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

10. Intellectual property

Bottletrix branding, software, documentation, and website content are owned by Maksym Tiapin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business inventory purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Bottletrix except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written permission.

11. Third-party services

Bottletrix relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase and, for Android subscriptions, Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

Bottletrix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

Without limiting the foregoing, liquid-level estimates and inventory results are assisted outputs that may require user review. Bottletrix is not a certified metrology instrument and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical financial, regulatory, or safety decisions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maksym Tiapin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Bottletrix.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for Bottletrix Pro subscriptions in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in thePrivacy Policy, which forms part of how Bottletrix operates alongside these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Bottletrix, legal requirements, or commercial terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

16. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. The specific governing law and venue for disputes have not been designated in these Terms at this time. If a dispute arises, the parties will seek to resolve it amicably and, where required, in accordance with mandatory rules of applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
