How it works

From bottle selection to saved inventory

Bottletrix is designed to make shift inventory faster and more consistent. Estimates can be reviewed and adjusted—this is not a claim of guaranteed automatic accuracy.

The Bottletrix workflow

Six practical steps from choosing a bottle to using history and report data.

  1. Select or add a bottle

Start with the bottle you need to measure—choose an existing profile or add one when it is new to your inventory.

  2. Calibrate or complete the bottle profile

When needed, set up or refine the bottle profile so later scans stay aligned with that bottle.

  3. Scan the bottle

Use the AI-assisted scanning workflow to capture the information Bottletrix needs to estimate remaining liquid.

  4. Review and adjust the estimate

Check the estimated liquid level and adjust it when necessary before you commit the result.

  5. Save the measurement

Store the measurement so your inventory record reflects the latest check for that bottle.

  6. Use history and report data

Return to measurement history and export report data when you need inventory context or accountant follow-up.

What Bottletrix does not claim

Scanning helps estimate remaining liquid as part of an assisted workflow. Bartenders remain able to review and adjust results before saving. Bottletrix does not claim guaranteed accuracy percentages or fully automatic inventory without review.
